My Christmas family mini sessions in Canton, GA are getting a brand-new experience this year—Christmas at Home. This set began as a little vision in my head, and watching it come to life has made me even more excited for Christmas 2026.

I wanted to create something that felt like Christmas at home: warm, comfortable and filled with the little details we associate with the season. At the same time, I still wanted the finished images to look clean, crisp and professional.

A Timeless Christmas Setting

Christmas sets can be beautiful without being overly busy. For Christmas at Home, I chose traditional greenery, warm candlelight, a classic Christmas tree and neutral furnishings that will not overpower your family.

The set feels festive, but your family remains the focus. It is designed to give us a beautiful variety of pictures while keeping the overall gallery consistent and timeless.

These are the kinds of Christmas portraits that will still look beautiful framed in your home years from now.

Made for the Entire Family

Unlike some of my Christmas experiences that focus mainly on children, Christmas at Home was created with the whole family in mind.

There will be space for everyone to gather, sit close and simply enjoy being together. We will capture the traditional smiling portrait, but we will also leave room for the little in-between moments—the way your children laugh together, the way they curl up beside you and all the personalities that make your family yours.

I know family pictures can sometimes feel stressful, especially when younger children are involved. My goal is to keep everything relaxed and moving so we can capture the pictures you want without expecting children to sit perfectly still for the entire session.

What to Wear for Christmas at Home

The neutral and traditional colors in this set give families plenty of wardrobe options. Deep greens, creams, warm neutrals, burgundy, soft plaids and classic Christmas pajamas would all photograph beautifully.

You can dress everyone up for a more polished Christmas card or choose something slightly more relaxed. Either direction will work! The set was intentionally designed to complement your family rather than compete with what you are wearing.
